Standard UK Delivery - 2-3 Working Days - £3.95
UK standard delivery orders are sent using Royal mail 2nd class signed for. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you within 2-3 days.
Free standard delivery is available for all UK & European orders over £49.
Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Next Day UK Delivery - £6.95- CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Order before 1pm from Monday – Thursday for your order to arrive by royal mail the next day. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend by next day delivery will arrive to you on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

*Robert & Son does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different cost per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
Brexit Update (Shipping to EU)
We are still shipping to all EU countries, but customers in the EU will now need to pay duty and taxes on their order (the courier may request this payment before the order can be delivered).
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. (4) A customer is refusing to pay customs charges.
- Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
All items for refund should be sent back in a resellable condition within 21 days of receipt or 7 DAYS FOR SALE ITEMS as long as those are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.
To exchange an item, simply fill in the returns form on your dispatch note, indicating the reason for return and send it back to us at Robert & Son, 14 Bull Street, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6HP.
Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.
We strongly recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for orders placed between 12th November and 24th December will be accepted until 20th January 2022.
Items purchased with a Robert & Son gift voucher or e-voucher can be exchanged for another item or for credit back to the original voucher. Gift vouchers and e-vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed for further vouchers. Our gift vouchers last one year, and can be redeemed online or over the phone.
Gift sets & Multi-buys
In case of part return of a gift set or multi-buy set, or similar discount, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded proportionately according to the value of goods kept.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on 08452 414 244 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a FREEPOST label to be sent out.
Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
